I believe that real insights into who we are, can help us move into better version of ourselves for the greater good of our lives and of the systems in which we live.

I love working with individuals and with teams. Elevating others so they can in turn elevate those around them, whilst helping people in teams find healthy and sustainable ways to work together.

I work with tools that allow us to gain deeper insights into who we are, and then turn those insights into action.

I also work deeply on my own state of being with Tai Ji and meditation as I am a firm believer that we need to model and live the hard task of self improvement before we can attempt to help others.
