DiSC Insights - A Personality Profiling Tool

DiSC® is A personality-based tool that brings self-awareness, improves communication, and enhances team collaboration.

Grounded in decades of research, DiSC® helps individuals and teams understand themselves and each other through a simple, powerful four-quadrant model of human behaviour:

D is for Dominance

I is for Influence

S is for Steadiness

C is for Conscientiousness

When a team participates in a DiSC coaching session, every member gains valuable insight into how they show up at work, how their behaviours are perceived by other styles, and how their strengths and weaknesses influence the team, both positively and negatively.

A D-style leader recognising that their direct communication might be pushing team members into a corner.

An I-style colleague understanding that their enthusiasm and spontaneity, while energising, might sometimes cause distractions or incomplete follow-through.

An S-style team member seeing that their desire for harmony could lead them to avoid difficult conversations the team truly needs.

A C-style team member realising for the first time that their need for accuracy may be slowing down decision-making.

These insights empower everyone to adapt their behaviours for the greater good of the team’s performance.

  • DiSC focuses on observable behaviour such as how you communicate, make decisions, and work with others. It’s practical, action-oriented, and easy to apply in everyday team situations.

MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) focuses on internal cognitive preferences such as how you take in information and make sense of the world. It’s more about personality wiring than behavioural style.

    In short:
