I’ve been coaching teams and leaders since 2009, but what sets me apart is my experience embedded in the day-to-day life of organisations.

As an internal coach working in Agile environments - from fast-growing tech companies to established teams at King, Transport for London, and Net-a-Porter - I was part of every conversation, offsite, and challenge. Being immersed in the realities that shape team dynamics and leadership helped me understand what truly helps people and teams thrive.

I witnessed change. I learned deeply. I grew as a coach.

Now, as an external coach, I bring that depth of experience directly to you - alongside years of practice, practical tools, and a deep understanding of human dynamics. I work with leaders and teams ready to grow, connect, and perform at their best.

Based in Spain, I work in Barcelona, Girona, and remotely with clients worldwide. Potential to travel too.

I am committed to continuous learning, building a strong academic foundation that enhances my coaching practice. This ongoing development equips both me and my clients with a coaching toolkit that is impactful, insightful, and firmly grounded in coaching standards and ethics.

Here, you’ll find some of my most significant credentials - qualifications and experience that have deeply shaped how I coach today.

  • I hold professional qualifications in Personal Performance Coaching and Corporate & Executive Coaching from The Coaching Academy.

    This dual training has grounded my practice in both 1:1 development and organisational impact - allowing me to support individuals and leaders with depth, structure, and meaningful, practical insight.

    I remain an alumni of TCA, attending CPD Days regularly.

  • I’m a certified DISC practitioner, trained to help individuals and teams understand behavioural styles, improve communication, and strengthen working relationships. I use DISC as a practical, accessible tool to support insight, collaboration, and personal growth.

    I remain affiliated with TCA and Everything DiSC® for the distribution of copyrighted DiSC assessments.

  • I’ve completed the foundational training in Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), a powerful approach that focuses on the dynamics between people.

    It’s a systems lens I bring into my work with teams, helping surface unspoken patterns, strengthen connection, and unlock collective intelligence.

  • Certified in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® - a powerful, hands-on method that uses creative model building and storytelling to unlock deeper insights, spark innovative thinking, and foster meaningful dialogue.

    This approach helps individuals and teams explore challenges, surface hidden perspectives, and co-create solutions in a way that’s engaging, visual, and impactful.

  • This is where my journey began many years ago, where I learned first-hand how to support collaboration, navigate complexity, and help people work better together. That foundation still shapes how I coach today - with agility, clarity, and trust in the process.

  • Before stepping into freelance work, I held the role of Agile and Leadership Coach - partnering with people and teams to navigate change, build trust, and lead with intention.

    Alongside my coaching work, I also managed and mentored other Agile coaches, supporting their growth and development within the organisation.

    This experience deeply shapes how I coach today and I remain forever grateful to all the wonderful people who I have worked with along the way.
