Frequently Asked Questions
-
Coaching is a forward-focused, thought-provoking process that supports you in reaching goals, gaining clarity, and unlocking potential.
In contrast, Mentoring is about giving advice, usually from someone who has had a similar journey.
Therapy looks into past trauma and should only be undertaken by a trained professional.
Ethically, if a coach feels that their client needs therapy instead of coaching, then this will be discussed if it comes up and the coaching journey will be stopped.

If you're an individual: We’ll schedule our first session and I’ll send you a short reflective activity to complete beforehand. Once that’s returned and the first payment is made, we begin.
If you're an organisation: We’ll have a longer consultation to agree on the scope (e.g. individual coaching, team support, group sessions), then I’ll send over a proposal and agreement outlining next steps.
If it's a team: We'll meet to clarify the goals and context, and I’ll design a plan that might include team sessions, individual coaching, or diagnostics like DiSC. Once confirmed, we get dates in the diary and start the journey.
