Team Coaching

What to Expect:

Team coaching can take different forms depending on your context and is most effective when spread over a longer time frame such as 6 to 12 months.

I use my extensive experience as an Agile Coach and Systemic Team Coach to run sessions which may include facilitated conversations, reflective exercises, individual coaching alongside team sessions, or team assessments such as DiSC.

Every engagement is tailored, thoughtful, and co-designed with your needs in mind.
