Participants complete a short, research-backed online assessment (approx. 15–20 minutes)
Each person receives a personalised DiSC profile/report from Everything DiSC®
In group sessions, we explore the collective team profile through discussion, visuals, and engaging activities
In individual coaching, we use the report to explore patterns, preferences, strengths, and development opportunities
Sessions can be standalone or part of a wider coaching or team development programme
