My Mission
My mission is to use all of my resources and tools to inspire and empower others to do their best.
By creating a space for women to come together in the beautiful Costa Brava region where I live, and to have the chance, away from the day to day, to really work on something meaningful and transformational together.
Over the years, I have seen how powerful insights can be gained with Group and Individual Coaching, Lego Serious Play and simple Meditation, and I´d like to bring all of these aspects together for a truly elevating experience.
Its not a leadership training session, and its not a spiritual retreat. but its something else.
Its a journey of self discovery, unlocking what is already there and elevating your leadership presence.
A Two Day Retreat in the Costa Brava
We´ll be in the beautiful and calm surroundings of the costa brava so your nervous system really gets a break away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and commitments.
Using simple meditation, mindfulness and visualisations activities to help get everyone get as close as possible to state of authenticity and calm, we’ll then use group coaching and facilitated methods like Lego Serious Play to unlock insights , understand barriers to success, and create an intentional plan for the future.
Day 1 - Authenticity & Identity
We`ll start the day with a simple standing meditation exercise to calm the nervous system and well repeat the same exercise throughout the weekend.
We`ll then use the innovative Lego Serious Play Method to deep dive into how you see yourself as a leader right now and what kind of leader you want to be, unlocking your personal vision as a leader.
Sharing this in a group environment will allow you to play around with and to crystallise this new identity.
In the late afternoon, you`ll have opportunities to simply rest and reset or take a long guided walk together along the famous Camì de Ronda of the Costa Brava - deepening your new connections while enjoying the breath-taking views.
Over dinner, you will participate in a facilitated discussion about what it means to be a leader right now, what kinds of challenges everyone is facing and sharing strategies for making things better.
Day 2 - Leadership Confidence
After a great breakfast, we´ll start the session with a guided standing meditation once again.
The main work on day two will be a Group Coaching Session which well use to explore what it means to be female in a leadership position, what confidence looks like, what is currently holding you back and what has gotten you this far.
From these insights and the identity work on Day 1, we`ll create actionable steps for the next 6 months so you can grow your confidence and be the leader you are truly capable of.
We´ll visit more of the surrounding area on our second walk of the weekend and have lunch.
After lunch we´ll have a closing session where we reflect on the 2 days, and share our biggest insights, gains and plans for the future, making a commitment to yourselves for the changes you`ll make.
Finally…
You will leave with a note book of insights and affirmations that include your personal vision as leader.
You will also have actions of things you will do to increase your confidence and move towards the best version of yourself as leader.
You will have new connections and friends who have walked this journey with you. With whom you will have shared in your discoveries and witnessed your insights as they come to light.
And!
All participants will also be invited to a group coaching follow up call online approx. 6 weeks later to check in on how everyone is doing and to celebrate the wins and transformational changes that have happened.
