I am the Founder at TrueInsightCoach, and I build future fit cultures using Systemic Team Coaching, Individual Coaching and Agile Business Innovation.

I have dedicated over 15 years helping teams from global corporates to fast-growing tech companies and I know that I can help you too.

My background in Business Agility and Certified Executive & Team Coaching (not to mention the wide range of tools I’ve gathered along the way) enable me to design impactful coaching engagements.

I offer Coaching & Facilitation as an external provider or internally as a Fractional Organisational Coach.

I’m based in Spain, working remotely with clients worldwide and also travel on occasion.
