We start by defining your focus and goals. From there, we meet regularly (typically every 2–3 weeks) for powerful conversations that bring clarity, courage, and momentum. Sessions are tailored to you - and may include practical tools, reflective frameworks, and somatic or systems-based approaches, depending on your needs.
